Imagemakers’ Winning Streak Continues

Hot on the heels of top awards in 2017 and early 2018, Imagemakers has received two “Leader in Emerging Media” honors in the Summit International Awards. Recognizing visionaries in new forms of media, the Summit International Awards celebrate creativity, innovation and those pushing the bounds of creative excellence in all newer forms of emerging media.

Imagemakers, based in Wamego, Kansas and Denver, Colorado, received Leader Awards for two websites:

  • The American Institute of Architects Kansas City (AIA) website won in the Business-to-Business category. The site was designed to share the mission, programming and resources of AIA with architects and relevant partners to empower architects to create environments that enhance quality of life and our collective future.
  • The Kansas Regenerative Medical Center (KRMC) website won in the Healthcare & Medicine category. Created to inform prospective patients about the breakthrough potential of stem cell therapy, the KRMC website combines striking embedded video with information-rich content and case studies.

The AIA Kansas City website was also recognized with a bronze medal in the Horizon Interactive Awards, which honors websites, videos, online advertising, print media and mobile applications from among thousands of entries from around the world.

“We couldn’t be more proud than to have the work we do for our clients receive continued support and recognition,” says Dan Holmgren, President and Creative Director of Imagemakers. “We are grateful for our clients every day and believe in the work we do together.”

American Advertising Federation-Topeka Honor Imagemakers Websites

Jaclyn Collins, Account Director, and Kenzie Olejnik, Project and HR Manager, attended the AAF gala and received the awards on behalf of Imagemakers.

In addition to the slate of honors kicking off the new year, Imagemakers recently brought home a gold and two silver honors in the American Advertising Awards-Topeka at the organization’s 60th Anniversary gala awards celebration.

“It is always an honor to be recognized by our industry at the American Advertising Awards-Topeka,” says Jaclyn. “And this year was special because it was AAF-Topeka’s 60th anniversary celebration. Seeing colleagues from across the industry celebrating each other’s commitment to great work was inspiring.”

AAF-Topeka awards included:

  • Flower.Style website, Gold Award, Business-to-Business Category –  Flower.Style is a premier voice in the U.S. flower industry, and came to Imagemakers seeking an online platform to bring together its articles and resources in a single platform. Working closely with flower industry and publishing icon Talmage McLaurin, Imagemakers created a visually-driven portal featuring inspiration, projects, information, articles and news.
  • Custom Wood Products / Design Inspiration Awards website, Silver Award, Consumer Website Category – Seeking to celebrate fine cabinetry design, Custom Woods Products and Imagemakers conceived the Design Inspiration Awards. Imagemakers created a site that explained the competition and featured a robust submission portal. The inaugural awards were a remarkable success with hundreds of entries from cabinetry designers and dealers across the U.S.
  • Kansas Regenerative Medicine Center website, Silver, Consumer Website Category – The KRMC website, as mentioned above, brings together a compelling and visually-driven user experience to inform prospective patients about the potential benefits of stem cell therapy.

"I would happily recommend Imagemakers for photography, design or web projects."
